The country were Im living in the moment doesnt give me alot of options on flavouring protein and meals so I was thinking about using some bannana essence that they put into cakes and stuff for my shakes.
Should i by worried at all about the small amount of alcohol in the essence liquid if im only using a small amount to flavour the shake? Or should i make up a litre or two of flavoured water with the essence and boil the water to evaporate out the alcohol. Would this work and does anyone do this? |
