Now, if chickens are fed a shitty diet and kept under stressful conditions, do you really thing they are getting the micronutrients they need and are passing them on to you in this most nutrious whole food?

Guess again. Short cuts do not pay.
Hmm, very interesting. Makes me wonder though, what would be better. Omega enriched eggs or free range? 4 bucks for a dozen organic omega 3 eggs may be out of my price range with school starting back up.

I typically eat 10 egg whites and one whole egg. That would cost about four dollars (if I take trouble's advice) or less than a dollar if I continue to buy regular eggs. I don't have endless amounts of money, so I will continue to eat the "stressed out" eggs. Oh well.

Oh contraire! We were discussing egg yolks. Egg whites are a different matter. If you are eating eggs for their AA content, then use the egg yolk and choose the best source possible for quality.

If you are after whole protein, then do as you are doing, mix a little egg yolk with a lot of egg white (as I do).

Most of us have a lot of AA induction capacity (a feature of manyfold excess of omega-6 in diet), its just not acting anabolically, because the other half of the coin, the omega-3s are out of balance and we also have the negative influence of excess insulin and cortisol acting in many of us.

Typical dietary ratio: 20:1 (PUFAn-6 to PUFAn-3) <--- chemical nomenclature for omega fats

Desired dietary ratio: 6:1

(If Mack David and Elmer Bernstein will forgive me, "...the odds against going to Heaven, 6 to 1")

A Walk on the Wild Side (lyrics)

Sinner, hear what I'm sayin'
Sinner, you've been swingin', not prayin'
One day of prayin' and six nights of fun
The odds against goin' to heaven, six-to-one

You walk on the wild side, the Devil is waitin'
He's waitin' to take your hand
You walk on the wild side, you're walkin' with Satan
Away from the Promised Land
One day of prayin' and six nights of fun
The odds against going to heaven, six-to-one

You better cross over, you better walk humble or you're gonna stumble
And Satan is waitin' to take your hand
You walk on the wild side, you walk on the wild side
Away from the Promised Land
One day of prayin' and six nights of fun
The odds against going to heaven, six-to-one

The odds against going to heaven six-to-one

Trouble is on the money here people. If you read this, the MGF thread and some other key threads she has really given up a lot of good info, and hinestly im starting to PREFER not being hand fed answers. Ive learned so much in the past month I feel like the semester has started early.

My plan of attack:
95% forskolin in EVOO
10-12 egg yolks, eaten raw in a 3-4 hour span before workouts.

Send a message via AIM to Grassroots
99ml of EVOO
1g Forskolin (95%)

10mg/ml correcto? If thats the case, this is pretty damn cheap.

Gonna need to do some more research on this bird (forskolin).

For those looking to put on lean muscle:

Forskolin
X-Factor (AA) plus egg yolks and whey
Super EPA/DHA

For those with a bit of fat who want to gain lean muscle at the same time, add:
sesamin
green trea extract
ALCAR
7-oxo-DHEA

Keep up with your antioxidants, taurine, magnesium, GABA
use TCA cycle intermediated (citrate, butyrate, acetate and Vitamin B5) to fuel energy needs

use theanine at bedtime

That there is not rocket science, its a recipe that works most sweetly.

The less bold can use E-20 in place of the AA and get damn near the same effects, jest a little slower...but you can run all but the forskolin for a long time (can't with the AA). Cycle the forskolin, to give your kidneys a break (kidney bassement membranes are water tight, as is BBB (blood brain barrier and gut). They tend to get a little hyperplastic under prolonged cAMP induction from forskolin exposure. The so called "testosterone axis" tissues, now, they're another story.

Take your zinc, selenium methionate, and make darned sure you keep your glutathione production spinning along (diet and supps), and whoee, you get plenty of test production at the same time.

There are enough products out there that come to this magic forumula that its no skin off my nose to tell it here. Plus, this kind of disclosure pales in comparison to my primary interest. I got certain seeds of knowledge that...corrects and prevents, most if not all chronic stress disease.

'Taint no dollar value can be put on that knowledge.

Some of us have zero background/knowledge base in the world of science, and well I'll be in summer school till I'm out of school. :/

Anyway I've read plenty of her threads on fat. I'm not sure what the typical American diet and my diet have in commen. Unless you know average joes who take a table spoon of cod liver oil and a table spoon of fish oil a day along with 1 or more table spoons of olive oil.
