Jeese that sucks. Hope you get back on the road to progress soon. You're progress is what's inspired me to take up IA after he's back from holidays . Especially your forearms. Man they're getting powerful looking

Surgery

i just had surgery on sept. 27th - everything went well - doctor said i had alot of bursitis in my shoulder - and he cleaned it all out - i cant wait to get back in the gym and put some mass on - IA - hopefully you will be hearing from me soon and starting putting some muscle on me.
