another belt question
Is there a practical difference between a one or two prong style PL'ing belt? I'm about to order one and I can't decide...

1 prong is easier to latch.

if i had to get another belt i'd probably get a lever or a 1 prong, the 2 prongs can be a bitch to get off, especially when it's tight and you just did a heavy set of deads or squats.

I saw the levers, looks great if your waist is always the same size, but it seems like mine is always changing up and down....mostly up
