Joint Compounds

If you are older chanches are you are a good candidate for one or more of the various joint compounds. And even if you are young, it is likley still a good idea.

I have used glucosomine and MSM primarily over the years. Recently I ran out of both and went shopping for something else. I REALLY wanted to try some adequan but couldn't source any. I have seen reviews going both ways about sodium hyalurate being orally active. Well I did some checking and found a product with calcium, magnesium, sodium hyalurate, glucosomine, vit C B2, B6, and B12

I added MSM to the mix, and after only 2 weeks I feel like a new man. Now granted the doses are a but stiff (it's sold for horses, but hell I'm big) but I will start tapering soon. I may market this one if it keep working like this!

I can still remember sitting on Dad's knee while he looked over Iron Addicts training manuals. I thought....I want to be a bodybuilder like that when I get older.

that was a good one JB--gave me quite a chuckle

some of you may laugh at what i am about to suggest so just go ahead and get it over with now--then proceed

hey IA----if you live in a rural area go to the local farm and ranch store and check on glucosamine lick blocks-----seen em before---i think at gebo's or tractor supply co

it might not have been a block--maybe a brick or something--its been a while and i dont get out often but it sticks in my memory as a lick block that was dirt cheap--i mean unbeleivably inexpensive

I am just now getting into my second week on Elasti-joint. It contains hydrolyzed gelatin, MSM, glucosamine, condroiten (sp), and one or two other things. If you get it in the right place, you can get a 14 day supply of it for $18, or a 28 day supply for $25. If none of your sponsors carry it, I could post where I buy it from. Don't wanna break any rules.
