Thank you Iron Addict!
Iron,
I was browsing the forums at BB.com and ran across some of your threads. I then ran across a thread that explained that lighter weight slow reps (3 sec pos and neg) are tremendous for gains. Well I banged today and let me tell you that I have NEVER have had burns like that EVER! and I was in some cases using half the weight I normally would. I was dropping the bars screaming from the burns. No shit. I had burns before yeah.. but never like that. The pumps are amazing to say the least... you've totally changed my game Iron and I want to give you a huge thank you. I'm sticking to this 3 sec pos/neg routine as I cant see turning back after experiencing it first hand. Fuck ego! I did notice while doing my back I had to speed it up a bit to avoid frying my arms before my back. Back has always been a bitch for me to burn though. Thanks again Iron. wrist straps might help your arms keep up whilst working your back, worth looking into if you're not already using some
