Need new routine

My workouts have been getting very boring and unproductive.

I have basically been sticking to the 3x8 method for I don't even know how long.

I am trying to lose fat on a timed carb diet, but I know it will not happen without a proper workout.

Can someone please give me some input on where to find a good 3 day split lifting routine.

oh, you KNOW what i'm gonna say - you can't go wrong with either of these two:

if neither rings your bell, there's this cute little button up top labelled "search" that can uncover all sorts of goodies.
