Need new routine
My workouts have been getting very boring and unproductive.
I have basically been sticking to the 3x8 method for I don't even know how long. I am trying to lose fat on a timed carb diet, but I know it will not happen without a proper workout. Can someone please give me some input on where to find a good 3 day split lifting routine. |
