went to the gym basicly because the girl at the gym is hot as hell!did some cardio and cuff work real light.my shoulder is hurtin and i been eatin ibuprofen and icin it good,it will be cool.tomarrow back to it.

pulled the expo around the hood. pulled 100yds pushed 100yds. db curl 1/35/12 1/45/10 1/50/6 pullin a 7200# truck put it on me!that and the 85 degree heat!(i would of used the degree symbol but i dont know how and it's against the plftr rules to use the wrong symbol so i stick with the spellin!)

chest paused bench 1/325/4 1/340/2 1/365/xbarley missed broke form. db hammer press 1/90/12 1/115/8 skulz 1/110/12 1/130/6-2 push dwn incline bench 1/80/12 1/90/10 felt good today i should have did singles to better figure my #'s for the meet.i think i'll open at 325#'s then 355#'s second and go balz out for the last.i have hit 385#'s touch and go so i might just say f it and go for that!if the bar flys then we could see a pr!and in a meet to boot!!

nah the shoulder isn't at 100% but it will go.as long as i finish top 5 in this meet i was told i can lift in the worlds which is in nov.so i probably wont do the one in raliegh but i still prollay be there.if i dont finish top 5 this time i have to lift in raliegh.
