Hey all, I wasn't sure where to post this; I hope I'm in the right place.
Anyway, I've stayed away from eggs for a long time now (I can't eat them cooked; only raw: cooked eggs=GAS) but after reading some posts at IA I'd like to get them back in my diet. I'll have 4-6 whole large eggs in the morning b/f work. When else is it good to have them (ie, pre and/or post workout, before bed, ???)? I'm just not sure if there's a "best" time to eat them since they have a lot of fat/cholesterol. Thanks for any advice on this one!

i would avoid eating them with carbs if possible because of the insulin spike and high fat content. also, they would not be good post-workout because of the same reason. other than that, i would say just eat them when its convenient.
