Was just curious who ops for the fast absorbing carbs such as Dextrose, and who ops for the Slow absorbing carbs such as Oats. I am currently taking Dextrose, wanted to know how say taking Oats with the Post workout shake would go. Opinions??

Dex for insulin spike... Has to do with increasing how your body takes in protien...
