Question Post Workout Shake??

Was just curious who ops for the fast absorbing carbs such as Dextrose, and who ops for the Slow absorbing carbs such as Oats. I am currently taking Dextrose, wanted to know how say taking Oats with the Post workout shake would go. Opinions??

Dex for insulin spike... Has to do with increasing how your body takes in protien...

I run 50% Dex and 50% Malto...i read a really good article on it a while back...if i can find it ill post the link.

I'm thinking of trying pure vitargo post-workout, simple carbs seem to make me bloated and tired afterwards..
