Hi there all
just a quick intro, i found this site after joining animals board and reading up on DC's training. I have been playing with iron for about 2 years now and i am making a comeback now after a 6 month layoff. Im 22 bout 5'9 and around 175 atm but i am sure that number will be going up in no time as i am truly pullin my thumb out now training and diet wise. IA has some of the best training info around and i hope to learn allot more to get freeeken large.Cheers |
