Timed carb question

When you are on a 2 day routine, and using the timed carb diet, do you get 2 carb up days besides the PWO carbs on your workout days, or should you carb up WO days only?

ok, i workout on monday and thursday, no other days except for light cardio. On the timed carb diet, it calls for 2 carb up days. Should I carb up on monday and thursday, or non workout days?

had to do it, snickers bar, 60 cents from vending machine. Had a horrid week, and Im starting to burn out

Out of all the candy bars out there, SNICKERS would be the best choice.
