Looks good to me though I've never even been to a powerlifting meet so my opinion probably shouldn't count for much! Belt and straps OK? Regardless I'm in!!

Straps should be verboten.

I like the layout.

I would bump up the weights 25 pounds across the board.

Sumo or conventional? Does it matter?

Currently rules are standard powerlifting guidelines. No straps. Belt is allowed, chalk allowed, maybe even slight hitch allowed?? All these up for change, depending on majority interest.

Nope, doesn't matter at this point unless you guys think it should be a rule.

No touch and go reps though, each one should sit on the floor for a split second with no noticeable bend/tension in the bar between reps.

I mention this because I know some guys can get significantly more reps doing touch and go. And others never practice them, and it makes for a big difference sometimes. Since this looks like it will be more of a powerlifting crowd vs a strongman one, seems dead on the floor every rep is the best choice.

Thanks for all the thoughts so far!
