Strength Verified?

Finally hit the 400lb squat!

Hoping my vids qualified for strength verified! Was hoping to get it some time this year, just came sooner than I expected!

Unfortunately was at about 235lbs body weight! Next goal is to keep strength and go under 200lbs bodyweight!

Bench - 150kg - 330lbs:

Congrats on your milestone Spindler.

Putting my 2 cents out there, I'd like to see a stronger squat and pull out of you as I believe you are more than capable.

I'm not a strength verified person myself so take this anyway you please, but I would have to agree with Pam on this one, you have more in your squat and pull just from looking at those vids. That squat looked like a warmup to me. Nice and strong though, keep it up.

The squat looked easy for you man, congrats.

About the verification, if it looked that easy, wouldn't that mean he's strong enough to be verified? The 300/400/500 has been an unwritten rule since this verification started.

I hope you get the verification, it must feel nice and I bet it'll be some extra motivation for you .

Cheers guys! I feel u r all right about the pull and squat needing increasing, I'm definitely capable of it!
Just need to persevere through my sessions, and bring up my weak points!

Dieting and maintaining my strength will keep me busy for at least two-three months, then u guys will b seeing a 450lb squat

Thanks to everyone here for all the info, entertainment and motivation, I certainly wouldn't b at this level with IA's!

Cheers Richard, it's comments like this and the others in the thread that make it worthwhile and are all very motivational! Gonna keep pushing the boundaries and getting my strength levels up! Although want to diet down to 200lbs first, feel that will also help my motivation and make my total more impressive and I'm a bit of a fat mess at the moment! lol.
