Question on carb ups for keto.

I am on day 47 of keto so far and I've gone from 168.5 - 160.00 even as of this morning. Im sure a couple pounds or so was water, but I have a vacation coming up in about 4 weeks and I want to maximize my fatloss/results.

I have been carbing up every week for 24 hours pretty much with no limitation on what/how much I can eat but I get around 5,000 calories (eat 2,000 daily) with around 800-900 carbs. Would it be a good idea to maybe take it down to around 1 meal per week for a carb up or even skip a week and carb up for a full day every 2 weeks?

Thanks!

After you carb up for a full day, how many days does it normally take to return to your base weight? If you are still losing weight, then id leave well alone

To be honest I haven't been weighing myself too reguarly maybe 3 times in the past 48 days. It depends how much I eat, when I get like 800-900 carbs I feel disgusting for saturday and sunday and usually start looking normal on a tuesday.

Do you look flat by the time your carb up rolls around? Are there any days where you look really tight? I usually go by the mirror in the morning for feedback on carbup.

Personally, I would keep the carb up contained to an afternoon or 4 hour period or something.

I can't see someone 160lbs needing 900 carbs to carb up.

how tall are you? how much do you weigh? how old are you? what is your current bf%?
what % of protein you taking in on this keto diet? kinds of carbs, kinds of fats, etc... ?

how you feeling? lots of variables, as you can see, on which way to go w/this.

Im usually looking pretty flat most of the time. I look extremely full for like 1-3days after my carb up and my muscles feel 50x harder/fuller.

5'8'', 160lbs, 21, 14-15%.

2000 during the week 65%f - 30%P - 5%C. No carbs except veggies and trace from eggs peanut butter and a low carb (5g) wrap.

Getting stronger usually every workout, feel fine not tired at all.
