i was just wondering were the break even point is on the math for quick reference in the gym. im refering to IA's 25x10 = 250lbs vs 20x11 = 220lbs theory. So jus to share the math with ya'll its around 40-45lbs depending on reps. So basically what i got from this is go one rep higher when you are pushing over that 40-45lb range and alternately go 5lbs higher when you are below that range.
correct me if im wrong lol. |

guys just remember weight training is a life style not a race. if you only add 5lb every other week after a year this is 130lbs in gains. be smart about your training and most of all have fun with it. its an honor and a privilege to train. respect the weight and the gym (clean up after yourself) and you'll do well in all your endeavors.
