Subscribed to your blog, man. Keep it rolling, good stuff!

I can really appreciate the average genetics article. I have had to bite sctartch and claw for every bit of strength i have obtained. I graduated high school at 155 lb after 3 solid years of working out! When i first started i couldnt bench 95 lb... now i'm pushing 340. I tell this story time and time again but it made such a huge impact on me, that i cant help it, but i swore for a long time that i'd never bench 3 plates because only "strong" people do that. Only reason i did is because i got close enough that i finally started believing that it was possible. Then i smoked by it and kept on going. I have no doubts now that one day if i can keep healthy, that i'll bench 4 plates raw... just a matter of time...

Theres people that come in the gym and within a couple months bench 3 wheels... they'll never appreciate it the way i do.

Kabuki, I'm glad I stumbled across this thread. I'm subscribed! From the little I was able to skim quickly, I can't wait to read EVERYTHING you've poured into this.

This grabbed me in the intro: 'With how the modern society and the media have gutted and bastardized the concept of manhood I want to provide a vision of a real man. A man that creates value, forms the world around him,
and is a pillar of strength mentally, physically and emotionally." As a female, I welcome the reintroduction of manhood. I won't hijack this thread to explain the reasons (some would be obvious, others less obvious). Just know that your time and effort spent on Kabuki Warrior are a benefit to ALL.

Thanks for the comments!

I'm pretty sure I know where your coming from.

There are very few MEN in the world anymore and we are creating less everyday.
