Brewer's Training Log
Currently training under John. Goals are to get stronger and improve conditioning, and if I happen to add a few pounds while doing so that would be great as well

Tuesday 1/10/12
Did some Diesel Crew shoulder rehab work and played basketball Wednesday 1/11/12 Decline Bench 100x5 105x5 Decline Hammer Strength Bench 90x10 90x10 +accessory Left shoulder injury is still there. Decline is the only bench move that doesn't hurt it. I go back to the doctor Tuesday and hopefully he suggests something that actually works this time. |

Tuesday 1/17/12
Ran 3 miles in 23:07 Wednesday 1/18/12 Decline Bench 105x5 110x5 +accessory Got another injection on Tuesday, this time directly into my AC joint. Hopefully my shoulder problems clear up within the next few weeks. |

Ran 100 yd dashes for time. Averaged 16 seconds, which I thought was good until I looked it up and saw high school girls are running it in 12 /fail Friday 1/20/2012 Weighed 165.4 lbs Deadlifts 315x3 315x3 315x3 +accessory Didn't up the weight- first time using straps and it was awkward. I've watched the redpoint video 20+ times but still have some work to do getting used to them and wrapping around the bar correctly. Accessory lifts went up though |

Saturday and Sunday
Just walked and recovered Monday 1/23/2012 Squats 245x3 245x3 245x3 + accessory Squats getting harder. Tried to video my form but pointed the camera at an angle that didn't even have me in the picture. /fail |
