That's impressive weightloss Pops, and getting stronger the whole time. Good sessions, let me know how the hook grip goes, I've never gotten around to developing one...

cheer mlalahoi! time flies when you're having fun.

thanks cranky, you've been an inspiration to never quit.

today went for some lighter benching, let it rest on the safety pins at the bottom of the movement (in my power cage). last time I did this my chest was sore for 5 days (recovered just in time for more benching!)

Wide grip flat bench 2 x 6 (index fingers on the rings) 80kg 4,1,1;2 75kg 3,1
Decline medium grip bench 2 x 6 (pinkies on the rings) 77.5kg 5,1;6
Weighted dips 2 x 10 20kg 10,10 but needed a bit of toe assist second last reps
Upright rows 1 x 10 24.5kg did 20 reps as it was kinda light

thought i'd work on higher reps.. got very tired after 12 deadlifts though... all these are PR's.

Dead lifts RACK 2 x 5 158kg 12reps try to go for max reps, need to build this weak part of my lift.. Couldnt do a second set, felt sleepy..
reverse hypers 1 x 20 37.5kg
1 arm bent over rows right side first, 1x20 24kg
Reverse grip narrow grip pull downs 2 x 6 80kg 30reps, 25reps
Preacher dumbbell curls 2x8-12 32kg 12,12
