Off Day

Did a good bit of stretching and foam rolling on the legs.

My hip ab/ad tend to get crazy tight when I dont stretch or foam roll often so I am trying to get back into the routine of it. Hopefully will get it done 4-5x a week.

I gotta get my ass in gear and do a couple sessions of cardio throughout the week. Nothing real extreme but just to get the HR up and not be lethargic.
Aint nothing to it but to do it.

So my log is pretty damn boring... hmm
Gonna start posting more details and more random shit about whatever I feel like.

I would post pictures of all the great food I prepare, but I am really not cooking that much right now. Im working with Ex, doing a bit of a recomp.
I will start posting some vids in here that I send to Ex for him to check out the form so it wont be so boring.

Considering getting my NSCA-CPT just for nothing more than a part-time job during school and summers. I know certifications dont mean shit and time under the bar means more than any piece of paper ever could but the sad fact is that gyms dont see it that way and without that paper with my name on it, I cant even consider training someone.
It would give me some extra cash and it would be something that I actually enjoy doing.
The only reason this thought came up was because my mom offered to pay for it.

Anybody have any experience with it at all or have thoughts/suggestions?

If training people is something you think you'll enjoy, then why not? Seems like a good idea to me.

Why don't you post pictures of great food anyway, even if your not eating it? Might help peoples appetites

Same here with thte tightness, I've got back into rolling/stretching and it seems to have helped a little so far, got to stay consistent though.

Thats my thoughts too. I mean if I was going to have to pay for it (~600$) then I wouldnt do it just because I cant spend that much money at one time on something like that while in college.

lol... I will post some pics of my cheat days on Saturday and maybe throw up a couple pics of the good meals I cook that isnt bland ass chicken and rice.

I hear ya on the consistency. I am bad about doing it for 2-3 weeks religiously then they get to feeling good and loose and I quit and within a week or two they are right back to where I started.
