Been dealing with a stomach bug since Saturday night. Nothing to serious, just felt shitty and sick for the most part.
I went in and did some light cardio and machine work this morning. The plan is to DL tomorrow so we will see how it goes.

DL - 345x7

Rack chins - bw+10x8 - 4 sets

Pulldown - 4x8

CG row - 4x12

Straight arm pulldown - 3x10

Felt pretty good today. Still dont have my damn form down on DL. It varies week to week which is quite frustrating. My ass is still rising to quick. My problem is with the initial liftoff the floor. Im gonna get it right (consistently) one of these days!

Weighted dips - bw+50x10 - 2 sets

Pec Dec - 4x15

DB military - 60x10 - 2 sets

Skullcrushers - 65x10 -2 sets

Felt good. Really focusing on control and hard squeeze
