never seen anyone caught in it as its pretty easy to power out of but we trained it just to learn the defense. couple different variations of it. we kept our feet behind the head and used out knees to squeeze the elbows together. or put your arms behind theirs and hook the hands n your arm pits and pull forward. and yup its a verbal tap or foot tap =0)
