Strongman Training Log

I haven't posted on here in a long time, but I started lurking on here again and I decided to come back to the place that really got me passionate about lifting. I'm glad to see the board is still doing well since Wes' passing. I know most people won't remember me, I was just a little weakling when I left. I've gotten a lot stronger, but I'm nowhere near a lot of the guys on here. I've competed in 3 more strongman competitions since I last posted here, so that make 4 total. I'm planning on doing a raw PL meet in December as well.

My best lifts are:
315 x 3 bench
405 x 4 squat
453 x 1 deadlift from 4" deficit
450 x 12 14" deadlift
580 x 1 18" deadlift
225 x 1 12" log press

I also did a recomp over about 14 weeks. I gained 12 pounds while losing a significant amount of body fat. Here is a link to my youtube channel with some recent lifts: http://www.youtube.com/user/drewbeall?feature=mhee

Biceps / Forearms

Did 20-25 sets of various curls today. Weights ranged from 25-205 and reps were anywhere from 3-40. Overhead press day tomorrow.

OHP Day

12" Log Press:
135 x 5
185 x 3
235 x 0

Standing DB Press:
50's x 12

Not the best workout today. My biceps and legs were sore, so it made it nearly impossible to stabilize 235. After getting 225 last week I was hoping I could get 235 this week, but oh well. From now on I'm going to do biceps on my deadlift day and not the day before log presses lol. I had to get in and out quick, that's why the workout was so short. I won't be able to make it to the gym tomorrow, so deads will be on Sunday.
