Velocity Diet & PES alpha t2/ Erase log

So, it's on. I will post results every seven days and little updates along the way with my work outs, mood, regimen etc etc.

It is exam time for me so drinking all shakes should give me plenty of time to study and to beat my food addiction.

As you can read on the tittle Alpha t2 and erase will be staples in my diet and I might take some mood enhancers like Taurine and Chocamine.

My stats are: 180 cm, 80 kg, 11 % BF

My lifting has been derailed for a long time due to some lingering lower back injuries. Bench is up but both squat and DL are very hard for me. I will belt up again and see what I can do.

The diet starts tomorrow and it is a training day.

You can read my motivation to do this diet form this post: http://www.ironaddicts.com/forums/sh...255#post435255

Wish me luck!

I wish you the best!! Take before pics & measurements!

Trust me, it will not be an easy 28 days...but it is VERY do-able if you're laser-beam focused. When I did it, I really limited my going out to eat & when we did, I just ate as healthy as I could.

Once you get over the hunger pangs in the first week, it's really not that bad. Week 2 it becomes routine, week 3 = life sucks & week 4 you're looking forward to finishing.

Also, you dont have to overdo the cardio...morning walks worked great for me. Dont expect any strength gains either...just try to maintain what you have.

Took my first dose of Alpha t2 and Erase this morning. Sweating like a pig just from taking my shoes off!

I had one shake today already, but went to buy some ice cubes and a fan to put in my room. Second shake on the way.

I had my first velocity diet training session today and it was decent. My lower back is killing me so I might switch back to leg presses and ditch the deadlift and squat. What do you guys reckon? The training specific to this diet is important?

Nope, IMO...not important. Do your own thing & try to keep your strength up. Avoid high volume on such low cals...

from what i've read i would have some concerns over excessive stevia as well. It technically should/could still trigger some (but not all) of the same mechanism in the body that casue fat to develop that artificial does. Its just nothing verifies it as studies on Stevia are so sparse. So there is nothing that can link stevia to fat gain like there is with Sucralose and Aspartame, but I try and avoid massive amounts of it as well just to be on the safe side.

obviously your better off as a whole with avoiding the chemical sweetener vs natural, but my comments above are in regards to specifically the fat issue.

my whey is sucralose flavoured and I added some stevia to it when I blend it with ice cubes and fibre.

Today's food intake

Up at 7:30
9:00 took 2 cap at2 and 1 cap Erase

Hit the gym at 10:30 (short workout).
Sipped a 200 cal shake through it (6 g fish oil, 60 g protein, 10 g fiber, 5 g leucine)

Had another one of these at 12:00

I do however have a confession. It is the first day of my diet but I am drinking a few drinks tonight. The most gorgeous girl I have ever met wants to celebrate with me and we are a big group of friends going out. I will keep it under control though. Tipsy at most, and then no drinking for 30 days.

15:00 took 1 cap of t2 1 cap of erase.
16:00 had half a shake to beat up the hunger

18:00 was full of energy so I went for a 30 min Hill run, and ended it with some circuit abs.

19:30 having my last shake of the day and I still feel good. Hunger is not eminent at all.

Other supps I took today: Vit c, vit d, green tea, multivit, and well iced coffee x 2.

I might have a drink or two tonight but I am keeping it down

Weight this morning was 78.8 kg, which was surprising because I did eat a whole cheese cake and like 1 pound of chocolate last night (pre-diet motivation & cheat)
