Squats - Same form as last time, felt like I may have had more but i wasn't gonna test it as I pulled afterward.
45 x 5, 5 135 x 5, 5 185 x 3 225 x 3 275 x 1, 1 295 x 1 320 x 1 Sumos 135 x 5, 5 225 x 5 315 x 2 365 x 1 405 x 1 beltless pr - went up mabye even harder than my conv... I'm curious to see what i can pull conventional with a belt. Don't feel up to rep work though

Box squat - high bar, narrowish stance - new box, 1.75 inches lower
