Squats - Same form as last time, felt like I may have had more but i wasn't gonna test it as I pulled afterward.

45 x 5, 5
135 x 5, 5

225 x 3

Sumos

405 x 1 beltless pr - went up mabye even harder than my conv... I'm curious to see what i can pull conventional with a belt.

Box squat - high bar, narrowish stance - new box, 1.75 inches lower
