My first vid ever. Any feedback on the deadlift technique would be much appreciated. I feel like I get my ass too low, and it shoots up when I pull. Will post vids when I hit milestone lifts.

3/30/11 Went to the school gym today for the first time; they don't even have barbells ![]() Db Row 41X0 tempo 30 x 5 50 x 5 65 x 5 x 5 - last set hit 4 reps Db Incline 43X0 tempo 50 x 10, 9 Set the incline to one notch higher than normal for the first set, will move to 55 next time. Leg curl 30 x 5 60 x 5 80 x 4 Weighed in at 174.

45 x 10 95 x 10 135 x 10 singles - I don't think i can do these safely due to my injuries, so I'll drop them. Olympic Squat 135 x 5 185 x 5 225 x 5 245 x 3 Dips; Bw x 5 +25 x 5 +50 x 5 x 5 Then, seconds after my last set, I accidentally stuck a gigantic fishing hook in my hand. The hook got lodged about an inch in, and the material of the hook is very strong, So i had to go to the ER. They numbed me, poked the hook through my skin (a second hole), and had to get bolt cutters to cut it -normal wire cutters weren't up to the job. Pic:

Rows 1 x 5 Squat 5 x 5 Front Squat 3 x 3 Incline DB Press 1 x 5 Deadlift 1 x 5 Squat 1 x 5 Dips 5 x 5 Rows 5 x 5 Now that i know what lifts i can do Ill actually structure a routine! 1 x 5 are basically 5 x 5 ramping weights 5 x 5, 3 x 3 are static, 2 min rest periods Will do a 80%-90%-100%- PR type set up, then continue hitting PRs until i stall. Once I do stall In a lift ill reset that lift back and work up again. And another pic :P
