Dips

Deadlift

315 x 8 - belt

Back doesn't hurt at all - mixed grip seems to help

Front Squat

45 x 5
135 x 3
185 x 3

My first vid ever. Any feedback on the deadlift technique would be much appreciated. I feel like I get my ass too low, and it shoots up when I pull.

Will post vids when I hit milestone lifts.

Went to the school gym today for the first time; they don't even have barbells

Db Incline 43X0 tempo

Set the incline to one notch higher than normal for the first set, will move to 55 next time.

Leg curl

30 x 5
60 x 5
80 x 4

Weighed in at 174.

135 x 10 singles - I don't think i can do these safely due to my injuries, so I'll drop them.

Then, seconds after my last set, I accidentally stuck a gigantic fishing hook in my hand. The hook got lodged about an inch in, and the material of the hook is very strong, So i had to go to the ER. They numbed me, poked the hook through my skin (a second hole), and had to get bolt cutters to cut it -normal wire cutters weren't up to the job.

Now that i know what lifts i can do Ill actually structure a routine!

1 x 5 are basically 5 x 5 ramping weights
5 x 5, 3 x 3 are static, 2 min rest periods

Will do a 80%-90%-100%- PR type set up, then continue hitting PRs until i stall. Once I do stall In a lift ill reset that lift back and work up again.
