Ive been screwing around for the holidays so its time to get back to training.

Bench Assistance

Competition grip lockouts 405 2x5 (pr)
POR bench 305x10, 315x9

upper assistance

Last set of lockouts and the second POR

Heavy, I lifted but it was sporadic.

MtnJunkie711, No man I am not competing. I am a little burnt out. I will probably do the battle on the border in March. Its up in your neck of the woods.

I got a chance to read though your journals and saw that 405 bench vid. Very impressive stuff brother. It takes a ton of consistency and doing all the right things to pull off that press.. Trust me I know! Or maybe all Marines are destined to bench 4 wheels raw?
