Hey all.
I seem to be developing allergies to different protein sources. About a month ago, I realized I have a pretty nasty egg allergy. I only realized it accidentally when I noticed that I have a pretty bad rash on my right arm. Cut out eggs, everything is fine. Then about a week ago, same thing. Rash and general ill feeling. Chicken. I threw out the chicken I made in the crockpot just in case. For a week I ate beef, then finally got tired of that, went to a different store, made my chicken, and BAM. Feeling like crap, rash again. And it comes on acutely and goes away w/in 3-5 hrs. Could these problems be due to general high intake of protein (I go for about 275g, give or take @ 165lbs)??? I really do not like this trend. I'm afraid that if I go on beef only, I will develop a beef allergy next, lol What do I do?

So many choices for protein besides chicken, eggs and beef. Fish (various), shell-fish, turkey, venison, lamb etc... rotation is key from what I read here and other places.

Thanks.
incidentally I used to eat 3-4 cans of tuna a day before with no ill effects. Well the only ill effect was that I was thrown out of our kitchen at work because the smell "disturbed others". Pussies. Incidentally that was the only reason I stopped eating tuna and salmon. So, has someone had experience with this so far as whether you can ever eat that food again? (I am wondering whether I should throw out my 2 kilos of chicken or just to freeze it till Chirstmas, lol) edit: hehe, just remembered my dad saying that eating 2lb of chicken per day was bad for me. Sucks that he was right =(
