ok guys heres the deeleo.

i set up your training/diet/supps based on your goals and equipment.

we stay in touch once we start and talk once a week or more if you like. either on the phone or via skype. this is important. i'm a hands on kinda trainer.

260usd gets you 3 months or
385usd gets you 6 months + 1 free month = 7 months
635usd gets you 12months + 3 free months = 15 months <<<<< most popular
1135usd gets you 24 months + 8 free months = 32 months


i also have a referral program for existing clients. for every new trainee i sign on referred by you, you get 1 free month. now you cant refer another member from the board here at IAs, esp if he/she has been a registered user for a while. this pertains mainly to non IA members and family and friends type of thing.

if your injured or have a family emergency during our time together i will postpone training till you can start up again.

there will be no refunds.

payments can be made thru paypal, western union, money gram, cash, etc... whatever works for you.

i have been training folks for years online and in the gym. a wide range of trainees from mma fighters, to football players, golfers, competitive bbers, strongmen, powerlifters and everyday gym rats.

John is one of the few people that I would actually pay to train me. Why? A ton of experience and he keeps it real. DO NOT hesitate to sign up with him...and he is also a helluva nice guy.

Longtime reader- first time poster- I was trained by IA- and Ex took over. Just started my routine today. All I have to say is amazing, everything I was looking to have covered goalwise for size/strength- John covered perfectly in the routine and gave a template for diet and supps too, I am confident I will acheive my goals by following his program and guidance to a "T". As well, he is super-nice and patient , he speaks with you a couple times , gets all pertinent info and devises a plan from there. No disrespect to the wonderful memory of IA- but IMHO- John creates/customizes better routines , his knowledge is second to none and his physique at the age of 51 is better than 99.99% of the men walking on this earth- even though physique competition is not his first goal but powerlifting is but his methods will allow you to achieve either goal or both as dictated by your God-given genetics. My 2 cents worth and testimonial- and no John didnt pay me to post this-lol. Check up on other boards/sites where guys were trained by John- and I found nothing but rave reviews and now I understand why... So, if you're on the fence as to whether you finally want to stop wasting time/energy and have someone who knows how to help get you there- dont hesitate and sign up, you wont be disappointed.
