Yep. 80-85kg weight class and I can be 1kg over. Though I got a really disturbing call from the guy who is putting this on yesterday, changing rules and dumb shit all over the place...I'll try to call you soon.

Yesterday did conditioning, 11x3 min rnds, 30 sec rest. Kid of a death march as i had 2 hrs sleep from work stuff. Good 90min massage afterwards and slept in today, enjoying my day off :0)

sparring today. sucked. reaaly tired today, basically gassed during second round of thai pad warmups, went down hill from there...dunno wtf happened today. everything is sore since thursday and i got my shins and thighs beat to shit today from being slow and sloppy. i can hardly walk right now...good thing tomorrow is an upper body lifting day

I don't understand half the fight/conditioning talk in here, waiting for Johns book to come out and then I'm going to read the past 4 or so pages How is your strength holding up doing all this conditioning work?
