Evening lifts: Paused floor press 2x5x100kg Steep incline bench 1x10x57.5kg 1x10x60kg Machine fly 2x10x65kg MP 2x5x57.5kg. Missed progression on this lift today Cable pushdown 2xfailx35kg 3x Band pushdown to failure SS with 20x15kg bb curls +20x15kg reverse curls

Lunch break: 10 minutes BW and agility stuff
Then 40minutes elliptical After work: Box squat 1x6x120kg 1x6x125kg 1x20x75kg. Lowered box to just below parallel, 5 risers 1-arm DB swings 3x10x22.5kg leg extension 1x40x30kg no pauses! PR! GHR 1x8 1x6. Used band to assist, liking it Prison Rape machine 2x15x30kg calf raise 2x20x115kg Just nailed everything today, awesome workout!!

Lunch Break:
45min sanshou practice After work: Paused guillotine 1x6x85kg 1x6x87.5kg Paused incline bench 1x10x65kg 1x9x65 failure on 10th rep Incline flies 1x10 1x10 20kg 2xfail blue band pushdown TB shrugs 2x30x80kg Laterals 2x1o 12.5kg cleaned up the form so stayed at same wieght Rear flies 2x10x12.5kg ditto 20kg bar 20 curls then 15 reverse curls then failure cable pushdown twice through another good workout, doing my cardio, conditioning, and martial arts at lunch is making a big difference, much better than morning and I'm able to be more consistent this way.

Decided to toss in a little running today, we'll see if it was a mistake or not... 4 rounds no rest: run 600m 15 sumo deadlift high-pull 60kg 10 burpee pull-ups 10 clapping pushups
