Conventional Deadlift

160kgx4 blew a callus on last rep and lost the bar

1-arm snatch
32.5kgx10 just didn't have another set in me, super stressful day and i was too tired

After Work:

Paused Bench
Good, "one-onethousand, UP" counts on the pauses, dropped weight

barx30
40kgx10

60kgx10

80kgx6 (started pausing)
90kgx6x2

Steep Incline paused
35kgx10
40kgx10
50kgx10

Accy work

Threw in some grip work as I feel this is really holding me back in Deadlift. Did:

Pinch 10kg plate +5kg plate 2x30sec each hand
Pinch 3 2.5kg plates 2x30sec each hand

First time ever doing this so didn't really know what to use. Will just start working up from here.

Recovery workout :

25 Pushups
25 BW Squats
10 Pullups
25 Situps
15 Rack chins
25 Hindu Squats
25 Hindu Pushups
15 Situps
15 Rack Chins
20 BW Squats

Straight through with no rest

Followed with 20 min on elliptical

Started doing these to the beard rather than collarbone, harder but feels "smoother" on the shoulders

Christ I hate this fucking lift

Accy went well, used the trap bar for shrugging, everything is good. I've lost an inch off my waist in 9 days on the new diet....

i like...a lot!!!

just curious, how long do you pause for guillotine? i remembered trying to pause like 2 to 3 seconds and the back of shoulders started to hurt a bit..
