Veiny, you are? All the better to psych your opponents out with before the usual routine of skull crushing in the ring. Haha you're a beast, man!

Forgot to eat this morning before a grueling 2 hour conditioning session. Came home and had 1500 cals of chicken and sweet potatoes, almost passed out in the middle of it twice

hey man. I perhaps finished my last week of 7 day work weeks. I have next weekend off, and I will know after that whether or not I can leave.

Shall we set up a session for the 12th(sunday)?

LOL...pretty much how my wife has to deal with me after these stupid training days...roll me on my side on the couch and put a plate in front of me, roll me back over when it's empty and back away slowly :0p

Looks like it, not my dog just a gif from the web. We did breed Samoyed dogs when I was a kid, beautiful, loyal, and scary smart dogs but the long white hair that overtakes every aspect of your life is too much for me to deal with so no more, I do miss them though!

Lower strength today:

MA warmup
Deads triples in small jumps up to 6 singles @ 425lbs
Leg press 2x20x7pps not enough plates again
lower accy
stretching and foam rolling 15 min

IT bands feeling tight, gonna do some fire cupping later today:

I did that once, when I was in Shanghai... the spots lasted another three months (my friend's vanished after four weeks haha), and I had 19 of them on my back. I'm a little scared to do it again, haha.

No suction quite as insane as that in your photo, though!

And two 20 rep sets are rough... haha plates enough or not that's a hard workout! Nice, man, hope the fire cupping leaves you refreshed.
