Decent upper day today, no martial arts this week as school is closed for summer break. Not sure if I czn find sparring sessions or not and might get to fight on saturday so we'll see. In the meantime going to lift hard

Just some cardio this morning, 50min on elliptical. Hopefully found some sparring tonight, we'll see.

Kind of a random strength day today, wanted to get in a third day and planned a full body workout EX made for me but couldn't access the file as the frackin communist party has blocked Google here again and i have all my fitness stuff in a Google Drive folder. Just ended up doing a bunch of everything, did the "fun" stuff and stayed relatively light in the higher rep ranges. Got pretty swole up for an hour or so, getting veiny I am :0)

MA warmup
speed pulls 8x2x100kg very short breaks
SLDL 100kg 2x8
calves
incline bench (testing the shoulder waters here) 3x10x145lbs
nautilus shoulder machine 20x45/side SS with db raises 10x17.5kg 3 sets
wide grip cable rows 3x15x50kg
neutral grip chins BWx10,10,6
CG bench SS 1-arm band pushdowns for three sets
DB curls variations drop sets
forearms, grip, abs
lots of stretching


This took forever, one of those days where I just lost all track of time and fucked around in the gym for waaaaaay too long. Put me horribly behind on everything today :0p

kinda reminds me of when I go away in the spring and hit the gym at the resort ....go in , piss around and leave . still having the feeling of accomplishing something .
