Meal/food ideas for Half TCD
My breakfast is where I have most of my carbs. I usually have oatmeal or whole wheat toast, etc. However, I'm getting kind of sick of the same foods all the time for not only the carbs, but for the carbLESS meals later in the day. I use apple juice with protein for PWO, but especially dinner, chicken and veggies or steak and veggies is getting OLD. My family is getting sick of it as well.
What kinds of meals do you guys make when doing a TCD either half or full? I just realized I'm asking for recipes....... ![]() Thanks in advance for the help. |

I train Tu/Th/Sat.
I have oats with my protein shake for breakfast on these days + Sunday. Sat & Sun are my refeed days. On Mo/We/Fri I have 3 jumbo eggs and 1 can of salmon for breakfast.

Hey man thanks for the reply. Do you change it up week by week or just stick with the same foods? I think my problem is that I've been doing that and I'm getting really sick of the same things all the time.

No worries. I change it when I get sick of it... was doing grilled chicken breasts before salmon. Sometime I have the eggs raw, other times i nuke em or fry them up with a lil coconut oil. I like canned salmon cause of the high protein and healthy fat.
For my oat meal shake, it's a meal replacement; Water+ice+1Tbsp coffee+1Tbps TP's Super Green Powder+1tspn cinnamon powder+40grams gluten free oats + 60grams protein
