I have been using True Protein's Burn for the past 3 days and its been a kick in the ass all day. Damn do I feel good, and the ingredients are solid...not to mention its cost is lower too. I will report back in a few weeks to see if any increased fatloss has occured.
Sly, I gave TP burn a shot back during the summer. It is definitely a quality product and fairly priced. I am a little sensitive to stimulants though, and the yohimbine and caffeine made me a little jittery and burned out. I tried out a bottle of the Alpha T-2 and it worked a lot better for me. It is caffeine free and has more effective dose of the Rawulsine type of yohimbine that did not give me any jitters or crash at all.

Glad you are liking the LBA + greek yogurt mix. I've switched to vanilla flavor lately and like it a lot!

Wal-Mart and your larger grocery stores should have it. I get the organic greek yogurt but I believe Yoplait (a major manufacturer of yogurt) even makes their version of it.

Okay, thanks. I have looked for it at my local wal-mart in the past with no luck. Maybe they were out for some reason.

There isnt anything special about greek yogurt other than it has 2x the protein. So if you can't find it, just get some regular yogurt and add a little protein in, problem solved. Just make sure the yogurt isn't loaded with sugar like some of them are.

For me the yogurt was a great choice because I was actually EATING something instead of drinking all of my undereating meals. Its more of a mental thing yes, but to each his own.

That's me. I like to try and get as much protein as possible from "eating."

The greek yougurt has probiotics in it too which will help you with digestion by making the good bacteria to bad bacteria ratio in your intestine optimal. Im not a fan of the taste but I thin its a good idea too to get the extra protein

The Stoneyfield organic greek honey is unbelievably good. It goes fast when it is a meal but it helps mentally to eat something rather than drink something IMO. I've been eating that with some broccoli for a light meal.
