I have a quick WD question. I am currently awaiting the fat loss book. I have a full time job during the day (7-4) and will be getting a part time job as well. On the days that I work the part time job, I may not get off until 930. On these days, what will be the best way to eat the feast? I won't get home until 10....that's too late to eat isn't it?

Get it when you can, the warrior way
I took out my big veggie salad out and ate a TON again... started off with 12 oz of salmon, then half a cup of quinoa with tomatoes (thats a fruit not veg) let it settle, then followed it up with 8 oz of organic beef (haven't had it in awhile), then a chicken cheese steak with a brownie and fish oil... no gas or stomach issues. I'll just keep all my veggies and greens in the under eating phase |

It works like a charm, because I get really drowsy after the feast

Glad to hear it worked out Joe.
I have been using True Protein's Burn for the past 3 days and its been a kick in the ass all day. Damn do I feel good, and the ingredients are solid...not to mention its cost is lower too. I will report back in a few weeks to see if any increased fatloss has occured.

If anyone does cut back on the veggies and is worried about not getting in enough fiber, coffee does the trick.
You can google some articles for more information...at this point, I'm not sure what common thoughts are held on if beverages contain fiber or not, but they do, and it works. I don't eat as many veggies as I used to, although I still try and eat my share, but I'm still totally regular. ![]() ![]()

Just get a greens powder and look for ones that have a opac rating of 20,000. 1 seving which is usually about a buck has about 5-7 servings of veggies, and a lot of them come loaded with enzymes and pre and probiotics. I throw 1 scoop in and then 1 scoop of protein and it makes for a really good unereating phase meal. A lot of really high respected nutritionists recommended a good super greens powder.. If I eat some veggies d uring the under eating phase I wont get a lot of gas either -- just when I eat a lot during the feast.
BTW, I dont think coffee has any fiber in it does it? But it definitely helps promote regularity. If you are making at least 2 BMs a day and it's c oming out nicely with no undigested foods particles in it, you should be good. |

I'll have to look into that greens powder, thanks.
Here are a few pages with fiber info on coffee. One little cup doesn't have much in terms of numbers, but for my body, I can really tell the difference. http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases...0226095451.htm http://dietaryfiberguide.com/high-fi...-fiber-coffee/
