Rotating Protein Sources

I'm currently running a WD version based on what I've been able to read here. During the day I do 3 meals of 10g bcaa+10g eaa, then 50g mpi +berries+ 3g fish oil.

I was curious as to everyone's thoughts on the importance of rotating protein sources, especially when having the same thing each day for a long time. Does it actually matter and if so how often do you need to rotate? I could forsee going to a rice protein or such for bursts, but probably not the long term etc.

No point. Just eat different kinds as you like. As long as the macros are the same, there will be no difference in results.

I would switch food sources every now and then to prevent food allergies. I've noticed I'm now allergic to almonds since I ate them every night.

For what its worth I lost fat better at 25g protein shakes during the day. Especially since you are doing aminos and overeating protein at night.

I have seen posts by some other members that 25 g protein after the aminos worked better for them also. Just a thought.

As far as rotating sources I did micellar casein for a while, recently started doing greek yogurt and cottage cheese meals too. Can also use eggs. I have been on the diet for 6 months and will stay on it indefinitely. I think if you are just doing an 8 week or 12 week diet then coming off its probably not that big of a deal, but after 6 months and if eating this way for a lifetime eating different protein sources is beneficial.

I have done cottage cheese and fruit, greek yogurt and fruit, a whole egg and some eggwhites (boiiled with some greens) It all worked the same for me.
