bulk diet

Im about 205lbs and my sister, mom everyone in my family says i look too skinny. I want to get back to 220 and strong again being lean really isn't all its cracked up to be.

I will be doing 3X a week with weights and 2X week high incline cardio sessions in between. also very active student and active on my feet job


Meal 1
4 cups whole milk
3 scoops of whey
banana with baby spinach (actually a good mix)
multi vit
vit b
fishoil
creatine

Meal 2
4 cups whole milk
3 scoops of whey

Meal 3
120g cashews

meal 4
4 small chicken breast cut up with a large amounts veggies
or
a egg (18 egg whites)omelet with a array of veggies for taste such as the egg recipe i posted
and 4 cups of milk here too
fitday says

Calories-3,533
Fat-162.5
Carb-190.2
Protein-326.5

Im going to switch form whey to casein next month. But is there anywhere i can make improvements on this?

Jesse, you have a fast metabolism, it is slower than when we worked together, but you are in a good place for your weight. Your proposed diet looks fine for YOU.
