Use it last night in the monolift. WOW! HARD and HEAVY. I am very sore.

That bar will put a hurting on you. I did suspended GMs with it a couple of weeks and I felt like I had been in a car wreck the next day!

thats all i use when i squat now. i like just resting my hands on the neck collars.

safety squat bar squats are a bitch, i couldn't imagine having to walk out a squat with them....

Sorry to necro-post in this thread but I'm curious, is there any attachment that can be purchased to convert a regular Olympic bar into one of these? Based on the problems I have with my squats, I think this would be an ideal solution (I'm 99% sure my issues stem from hand position) but unfortunately my gym doesn't have a safety squat bar. I know I could suggest getting one, but if there were an attachment I could bring with me that could work too (though even that might be too heavy).
