Flax seeds

When on a timed carb diet, do you use flax seeds for fibre and Omega-3s or is their carb content too high?

The carb content in flaxseed is nearly all fiber so it will have little impact if at all on your blood sugar and ability to burn fat. I use ground flaxseed all the time when dieting with no problems.

correct me if I am wrong, but you must grind them in order for your body to process them . If taken whole it will pass through your system without break down.
