Thanks! That is usually my mentality for all my lifts

Fuck I managed this. I had more in me for sure. I dragged the last one all the way the fuck up my legs and they are raw. It was fucking awesome I now understand what Exmgtoo was saying about the leverage game and leaning back is very important for finishing those heavy pulls. THANKS Ex!!!!

Switching to the warrior diet soon. Cannot wait to try this beast out. I hear its great and have yet to see a bad review of its simplicity. Job, school, and homework out my ass makes it tough to manage all my macros on a traditional diet.

Decline Sit Ups
60 x 10
60 x 8
60 x 3 + 3 BW

I wish I could feel as awesome as I do right after I workout. My confidence is swole.
nice pulls

sushi -> thanks man I plan on shooting for 450 on my next DL day.
Kram -> I see I will be lean massing until January then I will cut. I'm interested to see how this diet feels.
Ex -> Thanks Big Guy! Your the one with the nice pulls. I appreciate you stopping by. You are likely right about me being able to pull 500 with form adjustments. I am going to attempt 450 soon. Dragging that bitch up my legs makes a noticeable difference in leverage and how much control I have.

Hey man...you have your profile set not to receive PM's, so I can't respond. Fix that & I'll get back to you.

I LOVE this! I always say that I'd be willing to pick a fight with the devil after a good lift.

Stout pulling Mattie (hope you don't mind I've taken the liberty)

So far I have put together this info for my approach to the warrior diet. I will be shooting for 3000 calories a day both main meal and underfeed meals included. For my underfeed meals I will be having a roughly 300 calorie serving of plain greek yogurt accompanied with some berries. The underfeeds are roughly 4 hours apart. Any other input on how to structure my macros i.e. 300g Protein, blah blah blah?
