probiotics and natural antibiotics
Probiotics generally state that you're not supposed to take them within two hours of antibiotics. Does this apply to natural antibiotics such as olive leaf extract, garlic and golden seal?

Garlic seems rather magical, as it does not harm the good bacteria yet kills bad stuff and there is no immunity built up. I've never heard of any natural food antibiotic harming good bacteria.
