Grixxly Bear Strength
Well here I go
started when I was 16, I'm 17 now. I'm about 205lbs now. I need to loose some body fat. all weight is in pounds. I am accepting any advice, criticism ect. I actually like it.

5 mins on elliptical Bench: bar x 15 85 x 8 115 x 5 155 x 1 175 x 5 230 x 6 240 x 2 ( I remember it was supposed to be all 5 reps but I had one of those "You got one more in ya!" fags spotting me and convinced me to get 6 instead of 5 and that really fucked me up. After I was done he told me I should do negatives instead since they are better for strength training.....) Incline DB: 80's x 7 80's x 7 80's x 7 Tricep Pushdown: 135 x 10 135 x 10
