CEE and Glutamine Peptides
First off, I would like to note I have used Creatine Mono (''German Grade'') and Glutamine before and did very well off of them. However, I don't know which was the actual one working. At the time I was 21 and I am now 23, so I doubt it had much to do with higher natural Test levels and such. Anyways, I just received my order of CEE and Glutamine Peptides from True Protein. Everyone was correct, the CEE tastes like absolute crap
I ended up capping up a few of them (more like 5 caps) for just 3gms pre-workout. To my questions... 1) Do I need to take the CEE and Glutamine pre and post workout? - I know to take (2) seperate svngs of creatine in 3gms/daily but not sure about the glutamine. 2) When I used to use the L-Glutamine powder I threw it right in my shake and it had no effect, will the GP make it taste different?
