hows my workout?

im 16 yrs and i just started working out 2 months ago. anyway the trainer at my gym is a total idiot and he doesnt know what hes talking about so i made my own workout? anyway how is it? everything is 12x4

monday - biceps chest
benchpress
incline press
butterfly
barbellcurls
seated dumbell curls
preacher curls

wendsay - shoulders back
pullups
pulldowns
seated rows
hyperextensions
front dumbell raise
lateral raise
smith machine military press (4 sets behind the head and 4 infront)

friday - triceps traps forearms
tricep pushdown
skull crusher
Incline Barbell Triceps Extension
dumbell shrug 6x12
wristroller
dumbell wrist curl over a Bench

saturday - legs abs
leg extension
Leg Press
deadlifts
sqauts
calf press
situps 2x80
wheighted situps 2x15
knee raise on bars
