2 muscle fiber test questions
I messed up on my shoulder test and did front raises instead of lateral. Will the front raises tell me anything? I should probably redo the test with laterals. edit-ended up with the same results after doing the laterals.
For the ab muscle fiber test is there anyway to do this at home?

If you got the same results with the laterals you're all set. For abs at home...thats a good question since Wes just says to use an ab machine. I would assume he suggests an ab machine because it is a controlled, safe, and measurable movement.

Yeah I was not sure about the delts since the lifts really target different sections but as you said, I got the same results so that is pretty much covered.
As for the abs my thoughts where the about the same and perhaps the machine might take out the hip flexors(?) as well - more isolated movement... but it is tough for me since I know zero about the ab machine, so picking a home movement is a guess as to what would be equal.

Just do weighted situps--they are as good a choice as you will get in a home gym, and who cares if the hip flexors are involved. Are the abs and hip flexores not working together when you squat/deadlift/good-morning/row/military press/do any movement that involves your core?
