omega 3

Is this good info, or is this a sales pitch to go with it.

Definitely NOT a sells pitch. Although TrueProtein.com probably has the best prices on fish oil. 1,000 capsules for about $25.

The protien at the address, what flavors would you reccomend. Assuming you have tried or are using them. Are those good prices for the protien.

Best prices you will find. If you can find 25 lbs of Whey for less $100 or a pound of BCAAs for less than $20, then please tell me.

Currently using mango flavoring for my BCAA/Leucine mix.

Ya True protein has very good prices, those are the best you might ever see, quality is there too. Everyone that has tried their Premium flavors say they are great, I buy most of my protein unflavored, but you can also get a Splenda or Stevia sweetener that comes free. The premium cost 75cents a pound.

Hey thanks for the link Butosai. I have some fish oil on the way, along with some whey. If I would have read all of the stickies I would have found it long ago.

Sorry for reviving an older post but I couldn't find answers to two questions I have about Omega vitamins:

1. It seems like a no-brainer but is there any less benefit to taking Omega 3 instead of Omega 3-6-9? and

2. For the beginner with a few years experience lifting how much should I take if I'm 40 years old and weigh 230?

In IA's thread of fish oil, he said that fish OIL is more efficient than caps

no, if anything you get enough omega 6s and probably 9 in your diet also. The key is getting a lot of omega 3

4-8 grams a day
