See the problem was that he was squatting, so I have to give him some slack, and he was squatting to depth, light but to depth with good form... so you cannot punish good behavior in the rack (I would have been benching more than he was squatting so maybe it was warranted...??)

Gym had 2 people when I got in, they left within 5 min, then I had the gym to myself for a good 30min... was nice.

This was working on form and depth... yes I have video, I will try to get it all up tomorrow

Other stuff, in and out in about 90min... I was pissing around and my BCAA's were making me feel very ill, something they have been doing lately...

I picked up some Geronimo from TP, last work out I tried 1 scoop and got nothing, this go around I tried 3 scoops and didn't feel a thing except a little spacey... this is the first TP product I have been pretty disappointed with...

I picked up some Buzz Saw and Beta A and I am going to try and mess with that next time and see what happens... I might pick up some Jacked seeing as everyone has pretty good reviews of it and I can get it locally.

I just got my Geraniamo and same thing: a big NADA. I tried one scoop and then 3 scoops. At least you got a little spacey. lol.

Let me know what you think of Buzz Saw and straight Beta A. I tried some Jacked from one of the guys at the gym - nothing for me either on that one. Careful dishing out coin on it since it's pricey.

I have seen the Geronimo. I have no idea what it is for. Same with Buzz Saw. Are these pre workout type stuff? Whatever happened to good ole coffee? I also like Nitrix. For some reason, it works incredibly well for me.

Interested in the squat vids.

Hmmm I will have to watch that... I have always like Buzz Saw Pre/with workout, thought the beta A might be fun with it...

I am usually just a caffeine and eph guy (I take a small eph dose 8mg and it really helps with my breathing, asthma... yes I might be the one guy that actually takes it for what it was meant for....)

Dec 18 - Squats - that is a 12 or 14" box that I was using to gauge my depth...

Nice job on the dumbell swings. I was trying to envision how you did them and that looks really cool.

Huge improvement of the GHRs man. As you get more comfortable, try to work on keeping a straight line from your knees to your shoulders (basically try not to stick your butt up so much). One thing that helps me is to consciously think about going "out" rather than "down." Also, be sure to press your toes into the platform hard when you are coming up. You are trying to do most of the work just with your hammies which is why your butt is hiking up.

Squats look a lot better too. Great work!

What is your thought when you descend during squatting?

GHRs are much improved from the first to second vid. It looks like you felt much more comfortable squatting with the box underneath you.

I must be an idiot because I never even thought to hammer grip the DB while doing swings. LOL
