Another new Moderator added
IA's in in the process of putting more moderators in place to ensure the board stays actually moderated (that word is a token on most forums) and keep the quality high.
Please take the time to welcome 0311 as IA's newest moderator. 0311's quick bio 11 years training experience 4.5 years USMC infantry (combat vet) Best Lifts - Wide Parallel Squat - 495 (belt/wraps) Olympic Narrow - 440 (belt) Deadlift - 530 (belt) Bench - 405 (raw) 0311 trained for a year under my guidance. You can see some of his lifts under the strength verified section. He is currently being personally trained with Dan (SuperD), who is Dante's protege, and has been DC training clients for the past however many years since Dante stopped taking clients. He has a warehouse of knowledge about diet and training and will be another valuable additon to Iron Addicts. Welcome 0311! Wesley

He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest... a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty."
